Scottish Adoption Association is a Voluntary Adoption Agency with over
85 years experience of delivering adoption services.
We have a proven track record of placing over 3000 children
successfully for adoption and supporting these adoptions through lifeong commitment we make to all our adoptive families.
Our experience of working with adopted adults and birth relatives has helped develop our practice - understanding
the issues for those affected by adoption while recognising that every situation is unique and needs an individual response.

Here at Scottish Adoption we have a highly professional and committed
staff group. You will receive your service from one of our 9 qualified and experienced social workers, supported
by our helpful team of admin staff.
Being a small organisation we can ensure a personal and responsive service
to those who contact us.
As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of a number of Trusts, organisations
and individuals to fund aspects of our adoption support service and make it possible for us to develop new ways of delivering
