mission

Our mission is to offer as comprehensive an adoption service as possible to all affected by adoption and provide these services in an open and non discriminatory way.

GUIDING PRINCIPALS AND VALUES

  • Every child needs a family and we recognise that all children, whatever their special needs have the right to be considered for family placement.

  • Adoptive families should reflect children's racial and cultural heritage and we welcome enquiries from anyone interested in adoption whether they are single, a couple, with or without children.

  • We recognise that inclusiveness is essential to successfully making a difference and constantly strive to forge even stronger links with the Community by promoting participation in service delivery and policy making and building partnerships with Local Authorities and diverse Community groups.

KEY STRENGTHS

  • Over 75 years experience in the field of adoption and childcare.

  • An organisation with a dedicated skilled team of staff and volunteers, committed to service excellence.

  • Solid links and partnerships with the community.

  • A commitment to strategic planning and management.
