What is the Bluebird Project?

The Bluebird Project provides emotional and practical support for birth parents who have lost permanent care of a child. Through one-to-one sessions, workshops, and community groups, you’ll have a space to share your experiences and receive support in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

The Bluebird Flock

As part of Bluebird, we created The Flock for parents who’ve lost permanent care of a child but now have another child in their care. On a regular basis, a group of parents and their children, come together to share experiences, connect with others who understand, and get support.

We know it can be hard to reach out for help after losing care of a child. Many parents feel isolated, worry about being judged, and find it tough to talk about their past. The Flock offers a safe, welcoming space where families don’t have to face these challenges alone.
